Claire Swallen was the event planner we used for my parents wedding anniversary party. She was professional, patient and so very creative! She is great at what she does and absolutely treats you like family. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end as Claire had a way of providing so many “special touches” to each and every aspect of our event. Our party was the success it was due to Claire’s attention to the details.
Claire knows how to run and manage golf
tournaments, lunches, dinners and corporate parties. She is skilled at ordering audiovisual needs, food and beverage, floor plan design, and knows how to get a bargain while maintaining a budget. She uses her excellent organizational and communication skills to deliver spectacular results!
Claire Swallen is just incredible! She took care of every detail on our wedding day. She made sure that everything we had asked for was taken care of and set up as we had asked her.
She also handled things that we didn't even know about. I found out after our wedding that our florist did not include greenery and flowers for the lanterns and chairs outside at the reception site. She made sure someone went out and got what was needed and added it to the lanterns and chairs herself.
We did not worry about a thing on our big day. It was a day we will never forget!

I was hesitant to hire someone to help me plan my 30th birthday party. It felt a little "extra", but I'm so glad I did. Since I hadn't planned on hiring anyone, my budget was fairly small, but Claire worked with me and was able to provide the assistance I needed.
I had an idea of what I wanted, but there's no way I would have been able to execute it without Claire. She negotiated better rates with vendors, provided me with amazing ideas for how to make the event successful (and more fun!) and made the day run smoothly. I can't recommend her enough! Even if your event is small and you might normally plan it yourself, give Claire a try. You won't be disappointed!
